Important Race Day Info For All Athletes
Timing Bibs
We will be using disposable timing chips so the timing chip will be attached to the back of each runners bib and does not need to be returned at the end of the race. It is important that you do not fold, wrinkle, or otherwise alter your race bib. It is also important that you wear your bib on the front of your shirt. Failure to probably wear your bib and timing chip will result in you not receiving an official time.
Your time will start as you cross the start line and stop as you cross the finish line. Do not trade bibs with another athlete.
Miles/Turns/Clocks
Each mile will be accurately marked. There will be a clock at the start and finish
All of the turns will be clearly marked by a sign and staffed by a uniformed volunteer or law enforcement. Please obey their instructions; they are there for your protection and safety.
Results
We will have a results kiosk available to runners in the finishing area so that runners can check their final time. Results will also be posted to our website as quickly as possible, results may take a day or so to post. Please keep checking back to the website.
Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony will be held on site at the Main tent area adjacent to the finish line. Awards will not be mailed, so please be in attendance if you expect to win an award. Awards will be based on chip times.

Volunteers
Our M.A.D. Race doesnt exist without volunteers. If you have any friends or family that aren't running, but want to be part of the event, please encourage them to volunteer. We welcome both individuals and groups such as church, scout, work, school, or neighborhood groups. If you know someone that may be interested, they can volunteer from the button below.
While we take every opportunity to thank them ourselves, please help us out and tell the volunteers what a great job theyre doing.

M.A.D. 10K & 5K
M.A.D. Dash Kids Fun Run

Brief Description
This M.A.D. Dash Kids fun run offers children an experience to run into a finish chute with spectators cheering them to the finish. Each child will receive a finishers medal. Each participant will receive a bib number, but the race will not be timed. This is designed to be a fun run that parents and children can enjoy without stressing about how fast they run.
This race is limited to children 10 and under. One parent or guardian may escort the child through the route, but it is not required. Strollers are allowed. Older children will be put in the front, and strollers are to be in the back. We ask that if you are pushing a stroller you be cautious of other children around you as you pass them.
